Pungar collects the minimum information needed to provide the service to your golf group:
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Pungar experience to your golf group. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose outside the app.
Data is stored on a private server hosted in the European Union. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is protected in transit via HTTPS.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: open You and choose Delete my account. It takes effect immediately. Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and push token are erased and your login is destroyed, so the account can never be signed into again.
Scores from rounds you played remain on those trips with no name attached, because they form part of other players' results and history. They can no longer be connected to you.

Email gisli@bookflow.is and we will reply within two working days. Tell us which trip you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong, and it will be fixed a great deal faster.
Trips are private. Your trip's organiser sends you an invite link, and opening it on a device with Pungar installed adds you to that trip. Without an invite there is nothing to see, which is deliberate.
Scores come from Golf Gamebook. The organiser uploads the scorecards after a round and confirms them, and the standings, side bets and handicap changes follow from there. If a score looks wrong, tell your organiser: they can correct a scorecard and everything recalculates.
Pungar records friendly wagers between players so nobody has to remember who owes whom. No money is handled, transferred or processed by the app at any point. Settling up happens between the players themselves, exactly as it did before.
Open You and choose Delete my account. See the privacy policy above for precisely what is erased.
